I’m Lildirt. No, I am not a rapper.

I’m a software engineer by day and a hobbyist system admin by night. I end up working through (subjectively) interesting problems every now and then which I’d like to have a means to talk about, so here you go.

I started growing a minor interest in computing in my tweens, though it was mostly through playing games. I decided running Linux at 13 was a great idea and it has honestly all gone down-hill since then. I’ve written lots of horrible code and had absolutely no discipline throughout my teenage years when it came to building something. I’m amazed literally anything worked back then, honestly.

Nowadays, I spend my weekdays doing typical full-stack software engineer things, then fiddling around with some weird server stuff afterwards. Outside of that, I can be found spending far too much time in Final Fantasy XIV either pushing raid progression, farming achievements, or being a nuisance to those around me. Sometimes I even go outside.
